Application Areas

DryFiX BINDER 100 is a high-performance primer designed for a wide variety of surfaces. It is ideal for newly plastered conventional surfaces, gypsum, satin gypsum, plasterboard, and mineral-based raw walls. It can also be used on old interior and exterior walls that have lost color, become dirty, or require decorative color changes. Furthermore, it acts as a primer for acrylic-based waterproofing applications, ensuring the waterproofing layer adheres effectively to the surface. This product increases the durability of the topcoat paint, enhances surface protection, and reduces paint consumption.

Application Instructions

1. Ensure the surface is completely dry, clean, and free of dust, grease, and loose materials.
2. Remove peeling old paint and repair cracks or depressions using wall putty.
3. Dilute DryFiX BINDER 100 with seven times its volume of clean water.
4. Apply evenly with a brush or roller in a single coat.
5. Allow a minimum drying time of 4 hours before applying paint or waterproofing materials.
6. Recommended ambient temperature for application is +5°C to +30°C.

Consumption

Approximately 150–300 g/m² depending on surface porosity.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a dry, cool place in its original, unopened packaging. Shelf life is 12 months. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
