1. Surface Preparation (The Golden Rule):

For your concrete polish to shine like glass and adhere perfectly, the surface preparation must be flawless. Any oil, dirt, rust, dust, or old coating residues must be meticulously cleaned, and the floor must be left completely dry.

Pro Tip: If you want a much smoother and mirror-like finish, you can mechanically polish the concrete surface using special diamond bits and polishing pads before applying the sealer.

2. Application Phase:

DryFiX Betolac is ready to use right out of the can; it requires no thinning. Apply it evenly to the surface using a brush, roller, or spray gun. Depending on the absorbency of the concrete, continue applying until a thin, glossy film forms on the surface. If a second coat is needed, you must wait at least 2 hours between coats.

(Note: It is not recommended for use on non-absorbent surfaces like glazed ceramics or dense marble.)
