DERZ PLUS (CG1) Reinforced Joint Sealant

Application Areas

DryFiX DERZ PLUS grout filler is used indoors for filling 1–6 mm joint gaps in ceramic, granite, marble, tile and natural stone coverings.

Application Instructions

Add DryFiX DERZ PLUS slowly into 6.75–7.25 liters of water and mix with a mixer for 2–3 minutes.

Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then mix again for 1–2 minutes.

The prepared mortar should be used within 30 minutes.

Fill the grout joints using a rubber trowel and remove excess material from the surface.

Depending on weather conditions, clean the surface with a damp sponge after 15–20 minutes without applying excessive pressure.

Warnings

• Clean dust, debris and cement residues from joints before application.
• Slightly moisten the joints before grouting.
• Ensure ceramic adhesive has hardened and tiles were installed at least 24 hours earlier.
• Do not apply on metal surfaces.
• Do not add foreign materials.
• Avoid outdoor applications if rain is expected.
• Protect from frost, sun and strong wind for 24 hours after application.
• Recommended application temperature: +5°C to +35°C.
