FLOOR 500 Corundum Aggregate Surface Hardener
Professional industrial floor hardener based on corundum aggregates. Applied to fresh concrete for extremely high abrasion and impact resistance.

Advantages

Easy and quick to apply. Provides high resistance to compressive forces, abrasion, and cracking. Creates a homogeneous and smooth surface that integrates rapidly with freshly poured concrete, saving significant labor time. Resistant to external conditions such as rain, wind, and thermal variations. Ensures long-lasting performance and reliable durability in industrial and commercial areas.

Application Areas

Suitable for all interior and exterior walls, including high-load areas such as factories, parking lots, workshops, storage facilities, stations, and service areas. The concrete substrate must have a minimum strength class of C25 before application.

Application Instructions

The fresh concrete surface should be properly leveled with a trowel and finished with a wooden float. Once the concrete is ready for treatment, the appropriate amount of product is evenly spread over the surface using a tray trowel. Subsequently, the surface can be polished to the desired finish with a finishing trowel. The product should be applied within the recommended temperature range (+5 °C – +35 °C) to achieve optimal strength and surface quality.

Warnings and Recommendations

  • Not suitable for metal surfaces.
  • Do not mix with foreign materials.
  • Avoid application in areas prone to freezing within 24 hours.
  • All tools must be cleaned with water before the product sets.

Storage

Packaged in 25 kg kraft bags. Available in gray, red, and green. Store in a dry, moisture-free environment, unopened and undamaged for up to 12 months from the production date. If the bag is partially used, seal it tightly and protect from freezing and sunlight.
