Application Instructions

The concrete surface to be treated must have a minimum strength class of C25.

The fresh concrete surface should first be leveled using a power float (pan finishing) to achieve a uniform base. The surface should then be smoothed with a wooden trowel.

Once the concrete reaches the appropriate setting stage, the required amount of product is evenly broadcast onto the surface.

The material is then worked into the concrete using a power float, ensuring that it becomes fully integrated with the surface.

Finally, the surface is finished using a steel blade finishing process to achieve the desired smoothness and shine. This process results in a highly durable and abrasion-resistant concrete surface layer.

Warnings and Recommendations

• The product is not suitable for metal surfaces.
• No foreign materials or additives should be added to the product during application.
• Avoid application in environments with excessive air circulation.
• Do not apply the product if there is a risk of frost within 24 hours after application.
• The recommended application temperature is between +5°C and +35°C.
• All tools and equipment should be cleaned with water before the material hardens.
