Step-by-Step Flawless Application Guide

1. Surface Preparation:

The application surface must be solid, clean, and completely dry. Dust, oil, or dirt that may prevent adhesion must be removed from the surface. If there are deep gaps or cracks, they must absolutely be repaired with a repair mortar before waterproofing.

Pro Tip: Before applying the waterproofing, slightly dampen the bare concrete or plastered surface with water. However, there must absolutely be no water puddles on the floor; the surface should only remain damp.

2. Preparing the Mixture:

First, pour the 10 kg special liquid into a clean mixing bucket. While whisking gently with a mixer, slowly add the 20 kg powder mortar into the liquid. Mix for about 3 minutes until it reaches a lump-free, smooth consistency. Let the mixture rest for 3 minutes for the chemical reaction, and give it one final, brief mix right before starting the application.

3. Application to the Surface (Cross-Coat Logic):

Apply the prepared elastic mortar to the surface using a brush or waterproofing trowel. You must apply it in at least 2 coats. After applying the first coat, wait an average of 4 hours for it to dry. When applying the second coat, move the brush in the exact opposite (crosswise) direction to the first coat. This method ensures not even a pinhole-sized gap remains.

Extra Strength: On very large terraces or highly flexible floors with heavy movement, you can make the armor unbreakable by laying a reinforcement mesh (fiberglass net) between the first and second coats.

• Use Only Its Own Liquid: When preparing the mixture, absolutely DO NOT add water or any other foreign substance. The mortar must only be mixed with its own special liquid included in the set.
• Weather Conditions: The ambient and surface temperature during application must be between +5°C and +35°C.
• Protection Period: After the process is finished, protect the waterproofed area from direct sunlight, frost, and rain for 3 days.
