MANTO 404 Thermal Insulation Board Adhesive Mortar
Cement-based, polymer-modified bonding mortar with high stability and resistance to thermal shocks, designed for insulation panel fixation.

Advantages

This product provides excellent adhesion on interior and exterior facades, cement-based surfaces, and thermal insulation boards. It is easy to apply, prevents sagging, and offers an extended working time. Highly resistant to thermal fluctuations.

Application Areas

Ideal for fixing XPS, EPS, and rock wool insulation boards onto surfaces such as raw concrete, brick, aerated concrete, cement-based plaster, and pumice, offering superior performance.

Application Features

Mix a 25 kg bag of the product with 5.75–6.25 liters of clean water using a low-speed mixer. Slowly add the powder to the water and mix for 2–3 minutes until homogeneous. Let rest for 5 minutes, then remix for 1–2 minutes before application.

Precautions and Recommendations

  • Ensure surfaces are free from dust, dirt, or paint that may reduce adhesion.
  • Weak surfaces should be cleaned, and cracks or deep voids repaired with DryFiX TRACK R4.
  • Insulation boards should be free of dust and debris.
  • Recommended ambient temperature: 5°C–35°C.
  • Avoid application under direct sunlight, rain, or frost within 24 hours.
  • Do not apply on metal surfaces.
  • No foreign materials should be added.
  • Clean all tools with water before the material hardens.
  • In cold weather, ensure the first layer is fully cured before applying the second layer.
