MANTO PLAST Thermal Insulation Board Plaster
High-adhesion, water-repellent panel render reinforced with polymers and fibers, designed as a base coat for thermal insulation systems (EPS, XPS, Rockwool).

Advantages

DryFiX Insulation Plaster provides excellent adhesion for both interior and exterior surfaces when applied over EPS, XPS, or mineral wool insulation boards. Its structure allows for easy application, producing a smooth and homogeneous surface. The material has high crack resistance, which minimizes the effects of thermal expansion and structural movements. It is also resistant to environmental conditions, including temperature fluctuations, rain, and wind.

The plaster integrates quickly with insulation boards, saving labor costs while ensuring durability and aesthetic quality. Its consistent texture prevents air pockets, ensures full contact with the substrate, and creates a long-lasting and uniform surface suitable for painting or finishing treatments.

Application Areas

  • External thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS)
  • Interior and exterior insulation surfaces
  • EPS, XPS, and mineral wool boards
  • New constructions or renovation projects
  • Factories, residential buildings, office buildings, and public structures

Application Guidelines

  1. Mixing: Slowly add 5.75–6.25 liters of clean water to a 25 kg bag of DryFiX, mixing at low speed until a homogeneous mixture is achieved (2–3 minutes).
  2. Resting: Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then remix for 1–2 minutes to prepare for application.
  3. Application: Spread the mixture evenly on insulation boards using a trowel or spatula. Ensure gaps between boards are no more than 2 mm.
  4. Layering: In cold weather, wait until the first layer is completely dry before applying a second layer.
  5. Temperature: Apply at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, or frost for 24 hours after application.

Warnings and Recommendations

  • Boards must be firmly fixed to the substrate.
  • Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust.
  • Do not add any foreign materials to the mixture.
  • Avoid applying during heavy wind, rain, or frost conditions.
  • Clean all tools immediately with water after use.

Storage

  • Packaging: 25 kg Kraft bag
  • Color: Gray
  • Shelf Life: 12 months in dry, moisture-free conditions. Close bag tightly when not in use. Protect from frost and sunlight.

Consumption

  • Recommended: 4–6 kg/m² for 2 layers
