Fire Solution No Fire
DryFiX NO-FIRE (Fire Retardant & Non-Flammable Solution)
Transforms highly combustible absorbent materials such as wood, fabric, paper, and sponge into a fireproof armor in seconds. By completely cutting off the treated surface's contact with oxygen at the micron level through its special mineral barrier, it suffocates ignition, flashing, and the spread of fire directly at the source. It is a life-saving, full-protection shield that guarantees definitive approval during Fire Department licensing, historical restoration projects, and strict OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) inspections.
Technical Superiority in the Field and Production
- Flawless Flame Retardancy: Even when exposed to direct fire, the treated material will not flash or propagate the flame. Re-ignition is absolutely impossible on any surface contacted by the solution.
- Zero Toxic Gas and Smoke: Smoke is the leading cause of death during a fire. Because NO-FIRE halts the combustion reaction entirely, it prevents the emission of toxic gases and black smoke.
- Preserves Texture and Aesthetics: Completely colorless and odorless. It never alters the original appearance, color, or softness of historical timber, luxury hotel curtains, or custom-designed fabrics.
- Human and Eco-Friendly: Contains absolutely no toxic chemicals harmful to human health or the environment.
Critical Application Areas Requiring OHS and Fire Department Approval
Delivers 100% performance on all absorbent (impregnable) surfaces:
- Historical and Architectural Restorations: Permanent fire protection for archaeological excavation sites and historical wooden buildings.
- Marine Sector: Impregnation of wooden fixtures and textile products in the manufacturing of luxury yachts and boats.
- Industrial Production: Manufacturing lines processing sponge, leather, cotton, wool, paper, and fabrics, as well as furniture assembly lines.
- Public and Commercial Spaces: Hotels, hospitals, theater and cinema stages (Sets, curtains, carpets, and upholstery).

Site and Production Line Application Instructions
1. Wood and Hard Surfaces (Spraying / Dipping):
Applied according to the type and absorbency capacity of the wood. In the field, it is impregnated directly into wooden surfaces (roof frames, columns) by spraying with compressors or manual guns. On production lines or in workshops, the impregnation process is carried out by dipping the materials directly into pools filled with the solution. It must be ensured that the surface has completely absorbed the liquid.
2. Textile and Sponge Products (Soaking / Wringing):
Materials requiring fire retardancy, such as fabric, cotton, wool, or sponge, are directly submerged into a DryFiX NO-FIRE liquid bath, ensuring the material fully absorbs the liquid. Once saturated, the material is removed from the bath, excess liquid is wrung out, and it is left to dry naturally. The Result: Once completely dry, the material achieves a 100% fireproof and non-flammable status without the slightest compromise to its original texture.
