Cold Polyurea POLIUREA CO
DryFiX Poliurea CO (Cold Polyurea Waterproofing)
Product Description: A Revolution in Waterproofing Without Machines
DryFiX Poliurea CO brings the "Polyurea" technology, globally recognized as the strongest material in the waterproofing world, right to your home as a two-component, high-performance liquid waterproofing material.
Under normal conditions, polyurea applications can only be done by professional teams using huge trucks and highly expensive, heated machines. However, thanks to the "Cold Polyurea" technology, this requirement is completely eliminated! DryFiX Poliurea CO is specially formulated so that anyone can easily apply it using just a standard roller or brush, without the need for any special machines or heating equipment.
Shortly after being applied to the surface, it dries and transforms into a highly flexible, tear-proof, continuous rubber-like armor that absolutely blocks water, dampness, and moisture. This way, it saves you from expensive equipment costs and offers an economical, lifelong solution against the toughest water leaks.
Unique Advantages of the Product
- Maximum Resistance to Harsh Conditions and Wear: Once dry, it gains excellent mechanical resistance on the surface. Walking on it, dragging furniture, or accidental impacts will not ruin your waterproofing. It is highly resistant to severe weather conditions on roofs and chemical cleaners.
- Smart "Breathable" Technology: The biggest problem with ordinary waterproofing materials is that they blister and peel off over time due to trapped moisture coming from underneath. While Poliurea CO absolutely prevents external water from entering, it allows the trapped water vapor under the concrete to escape. This prevents moisture buildup under the insulation, ensuring the material never blisters or peels from the surface.
- Extreme Heat and Freezing Cold Resistance: It never softens, melts, or becomes sticky on a terrace scorched by the August sun (It continuously withstands +90°C heat and instantly withstands +200°C shock heat). Similarly, even in the freezing cold of January (down to -40°C), it does not turn rock-hard and brittle; it maintains its flexible and unbreakable structure.
- Safe Content for Indoors: Once the drying process is completely finished, it does not release any toxic (poisonous) substances into the air or water. Therefore, it offers extremely safe use in living areas such as bathrooms, enclosed balconies, and indoor wet areas.
Application Areas Offering Definitive Solutions
It provides superior adhesion on almost any surface where there is a water leak or a risk of one:
- Open terraces, roofs, and balconies constantly exposed to sun and rain.
- Under or over tiles and ceramics (with a suitable primer) on bathroom and toilet floors.
- Parking lot floors with constant vehicle traffic and stadium tribunes.
- Prefabricated light roofs made of metal, sheet metal, panels, or fibrous cement.
- Over old asphalt (bituminous) membranes that have lost their properties over time and are leaking water.

Step-by-Step Flawless Application Guide
1. Correct Preparation of the Surface (The Most Critical Step):
The most important stage that determines the life of your waterproofing is cleaning. The application surface must be solid, completely dry, and clean. Any blistered, peeling, or loose concrete pieces must be repaired. Oil stains, dirt, old paint residues, or cement dust on the floor must be thoroughly scraped and cleaned. After the floor is brushed, the fine dust left on it must absolutely be vacuumed up with a powerful vacuum cleaner. (Important Note: If dust remains on the floor, the material will stick to the dust instead of the concrete. This can cause tiny, pinhead-sized holes to form on the dried waterproofing layer.)
2. Preparing the Mixture:
DryFiX Poliurea CO is a two-component product (Large bucket and small box). Just before starting the application, empty all the material from the small box into the large bucket and mix thoroughly until it reaches a homogeneous (single color) consistency.
Important Tip: The moment you mix the two materials together, the product becomes chemically active and slowly begins to harden. Therefore, you must completely apply this prepared mixture to the surface within 30 minutes. Do not mix more product than you need for a single application session.
3. Application and Applying Coats:
- Apply the mixture you prepared to the surface using a roller or a wide brush, making sure it absorbs well into the surface. You must apply it in at least 2 coats.
- After applying the first coat, wait an average of 12 to 24 hours depending on the ambient temperature for the surface to dry completely.
- When applying the second coat, move the brush or roller in the exact opposite direction (crosswise/perpendicular) to the first coat. This "cross-coat" logic ensures that no tiny gaps or pores are missed.
Warnings and Safe Usage Recommendations
- If the application area is an enclosed space (bathroom, indoor parking lot, etc.), ensure the environment is continuously ventilated by keeping windows or doors open while working.
- Do not neglect to use safety goggles and protective work gloves when working with the liquid product. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, wash your eyes with plenty of clean water for several minutes and consult a doctor as a precaution.
- While in its packaging and before drying, the product must be kept away from flammable materials. No fires should be lit nearby during application, and smoking is strictly prohibited for your safety.
- Store all waterproofing materials in safe places completely out of the reach of children and pets.
