POWERELL Masonry Mortar
Advantages
It is quick and easy to apply. Provides strong adhesion to the surface it is applied to. Compared to traditional mixed mortars, it offers a more uniform structure and longer working time. The product maintains its workability for an extended period. It is resistant to outdoor weather conditions.
Areas of Use
Used as a masonry mortar for building wall components such as bricks and pumice blocks in both interior and exterior applications.
Application Instructions
DryFiX POWERELL should be gradually added to 4.25–4.75 liters of clean water and mixed with a low-speed mixer for 2–3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture should rest for 5 minutes, then be mixed again for 1–2 minutes before use. The masonry units should be positioned and tapped from the top and sides to ensure proper placement. Bonding should be carried out within 5–10 minutes after applying the mortar with a notched trowel or standard trowel.
Warnings and Recommendations
The application surface must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. The ambient temperature during application should be between +5°C and +35°C. Do not add foreign materials such as sand, fillers, or cement into the mixture.
