DryFiX PRIMER 100 is a high-performance primer designed to enhance the adhesion of plaster, gypsum, and cement-based coatings on bare concrete surfaces. It can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces, ceilings, and interior or exterior walls. The special mineral-enriched formula creates a balanced rough surface on smooth concrete, ensuring excellent adhesion and reducing cracks caused by rapid water loss.

This water-based, solvent-free, and odorless primer is environmentally friendly and safe for use in enclosed spaces. It is ready to use, easy to apply with a roller or brush, and surfaces are ready for plastering or painting 24 hours after application.

Application Instructions

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and stable. Remove any loose particles, dust, dirt, or debris.
• Repair cracks or damaged areas with appropriate filler before application.
• Add up to 50% clean water to a 12 kg container and mix until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
• Apply evenly on the surface using a roller or brush.
• Drying time depends on surface temperature and humidity, approximately 60–120 minutes.
• Do not apply plaster or coating until the primer is fully dry.
• Surfaces are ready for plastering or painting after 24 hours.

• Average consumption: 150–250 g/m² depending on surface porosity.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Store in a dry, cool place in the original, unopened packaging.
• Shelf life: 12 months.
