Product Description

DryFiX SILOXANE 100 is an advanced hydrophobic treatment designed for absorbent and vertical surfaces. It provides water-repellent protection for brick, aerated concrete, natural stone, plaster, and concrete surfaces. The product is ideal for preserving historical structures and natural stone elements against UV radiation, water penetration, and other environmental degradation.

Application Instructions

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, dirt, dust, and mud.
2. Repair any cracks or loose portions.
3. DryFiX SILOXANE 100 is ready for use.
4. Apply using a soft brush or airless spray machine.
5. For highly absorbent surfaces, two or three coats may be necessary.
6. Maintain ambient and surface temperature between +5°C and +30°C during application.

Caution: Do not apply on non-absorbent surfaces such as marble, ceramic, tiles, granite, or foam-based insulation panels. Not suitable for horizontal surfaces as floor waterproofing.

Consumption

• Approximately 200 g/m² (may vary depending on surface porosity)

Storage and Shelf Life

• Store in original unopened packaging in a cool, dry place.
• Shelf life: 12 months
