TRACK R2 Cement Based Repair Mortar

Application Areas

• Applicable on all cement-based substrates.
• Used for surface correction before ceramic, plaster, or similar finishing applications.
• Allows repair and leveling up to 5 mm thickness.

Application Instructions

• Slowly add a 25 kg bag into 4.00–4.50 liters of clean water and mix with a mechanical mixer for 2–3 minutes.
• Allow the mixture to rest for 2 minutes, then remix for 1–2 minutes before use.
• The prepared mortar should be used within 30 minutes.
• Apply horizontally or vertically on cement-based surfaces using a trowel.
• The substrate must be cleaned from dust and dirt before application.
• Lightly moisten the repair area before applying the product.
• Maximum application thickness is 5 mm per layer.
• Wait at least 3 hours between layers.

Warnings and Recommendations

• Not suitable for metal surfaces.
• Do not add any foreign materials into the mixture.
• Avoid outdoor application if rain is expected.
• After application, protect the surface from frost, direct sunlight, and strong wind for the first 24 hours.
• Recommended application temperature: +5°C to +35°C.
• Clean all tools with water before the material hardens.
