TRACK R4 Repair Mortar (R4 Class)

A cement-based, fiber-reinforced, and specially enhanced thixotropic structural repair mortar of R4 class.

Application Instructions

• Mix a 25 kg bag with 3.75–4.25 liters of clean water at low speed in a mixer. Add the powder gradually and mix for 2–3 minutes until homogeneous.
• Due to its thixotropic nature, the mixture should be applied immediately.

Warnings and Recommendations

• Not suitable for metal surfaces.
• Do not add foreign materials.
• Apply to cement-based surfaces with a trowel in horizontal and vertical directions.
• Surfaces should be free from dust and dirt.
• Pre-wet the area to be repaired.
• Maximum single-layer thickness: 80 mm; minimum 3-hour interval between layers.
• Protect from frost, direct sunlight, and strong wind for 24 hours after application (+5°C – +35°C).
• Clean all tools with water before the mixture dries.
